Welcome to the 7th edition of iComms — Poland’s leading internal communication conference, now inviting the wider CEE region to join the conversation.
We know that communicators across CEE share more than geography. We’ve all been navigating the same demanding years — building resilient organizations, leading teams through uncertainty, and making internal communication matter more than ever.
This year, we’re bringing that shared experience into one room. Fresh trends, real-world case studies, practical tools — and honest conversations with practitioners who get it.
What will you take away?
At iComms, we approach internal communication from a practical standpoint — so every participant leaves with ideas they can put to work right away.
You’ll explore:
Join a community where knowledge meets practice — and together, let’s push internal communication forward.
Who is it for?
iComms conference is for everyone who believes that great communication transforms organizations.
We’re looking forward to seeing you if you work in:
Official opening of the 7th edition of the iComms conference: where we’ve been, where we are, and where our profession is headed.
Resilience is often treated as personal: a mindset, a skill, a character trait. But inside organisations, resilience is also built or broken by systems, leadership, and culture and internal communication is part of that system. When uncertainty lasts for months or years, communication has to move beyond “crisis updates” to continuity: creating clarity without false certainty, protecting trust, and helping people stay connected to meaning and each other.
Drawing on my experience at Henkel Ukraine, this session explores what resilience really means in a long-term context and what internal communicators can do to strengthen it. We’ll look at communication cadence and leadership visibility, the balance between honesty and hope, and why the same message lands differently across roles and seniority levels. Participants will leave with a simple framework, real examples, and a short set of practical tools and reflection questions they can apply immediately.
