Karolina is passionate about interpersonal relationships and pursues this interest by developing her career in HR, focusing on organizational culture, employer branding, recruitment, and talent development. She has lived, studied, and worked in Poland, Germany, Turkey, and France, where she gained a deep understanding of the complexity and challenges involved in building global talent acquisition strategies and candidate experience.

She currently works as a coordinator of the internal communications and employer branding team at mBank. She is passionate about new technologies and, driven by her interest in market transformation, has begun studies in Big Data and Data Science in Management.
