For over a decade, Łukasz has been supporting organizations in designing, implementing, and developing digital workplaces, with a particular focus on intranet platforms, internal communications, and Microsoft 365 solutions. He has progressed from consulting and project-based roles to the position of Head of Delivery, where he was responsible for delivering complex digital transformation programs for some of Poland’s largest organizations.

Today, he focuses on providing strategic support to key IT-Dev clients, helping them define the future direction of their digital workplace environments, increase the adoption of new technologies, and effectively implement solutions in Digital Workplace, intranets, AI, and digital collaboration.

He combines a strong business perspective with extensive hands-on project delivery experience, supporting clients at the strategic, organizational, and technological levels.
