She began her career in marketing. She later transferred her experience in building client relationships to work with candidates, employees, and managers. Over the years, she has co-created mBank’s employer brand, developed internal communications, and led projects that strengthen organizational culture. Today, she leads a team responsible for recruitment, internal mobility, employer branding, and employee experience initiatives.
In her work, she focuses on clear communication, strong relationships, and solutions that have a real impact on people. Her top five Gallup strengths are Responsibility, Organizer, Strategic, Individualization, and Woo.
Outside of work, she is passionate about music. For many years, she was a vocalist and manager of the pop choir SouLadies.
