With a background spanning journalism, HR, and organizational communication, Zuzana has spent more than 12 years helping companies strengthen employee communication and engagement. Her experience includes organizations such as AVG Technologies, EmbedIT, MSD, Kiwi, eyeo, and TESCAN. Having lived in Switzerland, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Sweden, she brings an international perspective to workplace communication.

Alongside her professional practice, Zuzana has explored the transformative potential of internal communication through doctoral studies at Masaryk University in Brno and a postgraduate program at the European Institute of Communication in Dublin.

Currently based in the Slovácko region of the Czech Republic, she is also a yoga instructor and a death doula-in-training, with a particular interest in how organizations communicate during difficult moments.
