Agata has been working in internal communication for 13 years. After gaining experience in banking, insurance, and the energy sector, she is now an Internal Communication Manager at Penta Hospitals CZ, one of the largest healthcare and social care providers in the Czech Republic.

Alongside her corporate role, she works as a consultant, trainer, and mentor, helping organizations build internal communication that truly works—supporting change, strengthening company culture, and creating real value for both employees and the business. She is also the founder of the Czech Internal Communication Community, which brings communication professionals together through regular events and knowledge sharing.

Agata is a strong advocate of employee advocacy in the Czech Republic. She helps organizations build ambassador programs while actively developing her own professional brand on LinkedIn, where she shares insights on internal communication, leadership, and organizational culture.
