Maria has over 10 years of experience in communications across the private sector, public administration, and non-governmental organizations. She currently leads internal communications at the Ministry of Finance. Previously, she worked as an Internal Communications Specialist at Santander Bank Polska, first within the Marketing Department and later in Human Resources.

Alongside her professional career, she is actively engaged in the non-profit sector, overseeing media relations and coordinating the development of international cultural projects for the Anin Artistic Society.
