TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE iComms CONFERENCE<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. <\/b>The organizer of the iComms conference is PinPoint Internal Communication Agency Adriana Borucka, with its registered office at Macewicza 9 Street, 60-461 Pozna\u0144, Poland.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. <\/b>The Customer is the entity that registers via the www.iComms.pl website. These Terms and Conditions apply to participants from Poland and all countries in the CEE (Central & Eastern Europe) region.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. <\/b>Submitting the online form from the www.iComms.pl website signifies the conclusion of a binding agreement with the Organizer and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as adherence to the arrangements made between the Organizer and the Customer.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. <\/b>The Organizer will send the Customer an electronic registration confirmation, which is equivalent to being added to the event’s participant list.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. <\/b>Payment for participation in the event is based on an electronic pro-forma invoice issued by the Organizer and sent to the Customer’s email address after completing the registration form. If payment is made based on a pro-forma invoice, a VAT invoice will be issued within 7 days of the payment being credited and sent electronically or by post. International payments are made by bank transfer in PLN or EUR, according to the NBP exchange rate on the invoice issue date.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Cancellation of participation in the event can be made no later than 7 days before the event date, which must be confirmed by an email sent to: kontakt@icomms.pl.<\/li>\n
  7. If participation is not cancelled at least 7 days before the event and the registered party does not attend, the registrant is obliged to pay the full participation costs resulting from the agreement.<\/li>\n
  8. <\/b>Failure to pay for participation does not equate to cancellation.<\/span><\/li>\n
  9. <\/b>Another employee of the company may participate in the event in place of the registered person, provided the organizer is informed of the change by email no later than 1 business day before the event.<\/span><\/li>\n
  10. <\/b>A participant who has registered for the STANDARD or PREMIUM Package and does not inform the Organizer of their resignation from in-person participation at least 7 calendar days before the event date will receive access to the ONLINE Package (live stream of Day 1 and recordings of all lectures available for 12 months). Changes from in-person to online participation must be reported by email to: kontakt@icomms.pl. Failure to submit such notification within the required deadline automatically assigns the participant to the ONLINE Package without the right to a refund of the price difference.<\/span><\/li>\n
  11. <\/b>ONLINE Package participants receive access to the live stream and recordings electronically at the email address provided during registration, no later than 24 hours before the event begins. The Organizer is not responsible for technical problems on the participant’s side (internet connection quality, equipment configuration).<\/span><\/li>\n
  12. <\/b>The Organizer reserves the right to make changes regarding the program, speakers, event venue, and to cancel the event itself.<\/span><\/li>\n
  13. <\/b>The Organizer is not liable for delays in execution, non-performance by the Organizer, or non-utilization by participants of any part of the event program in the event of force majeure. Force majeure shall be understood as extraordinary events, impossible to foresee and\/or prevent at the time of concluding this Agreement. In such cases, the participant is not entitled to compensation or a refund of any fees related to participation in the event, or the costs of additional services commissioned by participants to the organizer.<\/span><\/li>\n
  14. <\/b>In the event of full capacity or cancellation of the event, the Organizer is obliged to inform the Customer and refund the paid amount for the event fee to the bank account number indicated by the Customer.<\/span><\/li>\n
  15. <\/b>Participation in the conference is equivalent to consenting to the use of one’s image for promotional purposes.<\/span><\/li>\n
  16. <\/b>In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Poland shall apply.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
